Soooo adorable and with a perfect title! A grandchild perhaps? f/v

Marsha Elliott replied:

This is our granddaughter, Evie, (who is now six) when she was only two. Glad you like it....thanks so much! P.S. You've really been digging through the archives! ha!

Marsha, I enjoy ALL your paintings on FAA. What a joy it must be to have a grandchild (or grandchildren...) If I did I would indulge them, to say the least. Continued joy to you. I love your paintings. Watercolors are appealing to me. I have been looking at a Stephen (Steven) Quiller book lately which shows so much one can do with watercolors. You don't need a book. You already know. Your new admirer, Anne in Virginia

Thanks, Renate & Ken, for taking hte time to comment. Just couldn't resist doing this one from a photo taken of my little granddaughter a couple days ago. She came to help me with some yard clean-up, but opted for the sandbox & swingset instead. What a joy she is!

Very nice subject matter. I really like how you portrayed the shadows and wrinkles in the clothing. Great work.

My subject matter is varied and my work is a unique combination of realist, impressionist and postimpressionist styles and...
